Return Process

- Retain your tracking number
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process
- Note “Exchange” as the reason
- Place a new order for the desired item
- We’ll expedite processing once return is received
Refund Information
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after return receipt
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Allow additional time for bank processing
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective items:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange for replacement or refund
- Return shipping costs are covered by us
